SHIPPING

All orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1pm EST will be processed the same day & shipped within 48 hours, pending credit authorization and availability. Orders received after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We currently accept Amex, Visa, and Mastercard. Your transaction will be processed once we have confirmed product availability, and received credit authorization. Please note that your order will be shipped only once payment and delivery details have been approved. All domestic orders are shipped using UPS, insured for the value of goods, with signature required. Express packages are given priority and usually go out within 24 hours. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Transit time estimates do not include weekends or holidays.

RETURNS

Please email contact@yeon-studio.com to request a return. Include the reason for return/ exchange and we will send you further instructions.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Return approved goods to:

Returns must be shipped or messengered to our studio. Goods must be received within 21 days from the date of purchase. We recommend that you send the package via traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

Sale merchandise reduced 30% or more is considered FINAL SALE, and is not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Refused packages will be subject to a $20 restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
