Refund policy


We hope you love what you ordered from Yeon. However, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund/credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.

- All merchandise must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached in original packaging.
- Exchanges/Returns must be sent within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
- Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase between 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs must be covered by customer. 
- Exchanges are subject to availability. Merchandise cannot be held for exchange orders.

- Items more than 30% off sale considered as "FINAL SALE" 
- Any merchandise marked “FINAL SALE” online will not be eligible for return or exchange. 
- We do not refund shipping costs.
